The Washington Coalition For Gifted Education sent the following message:

The annual Washington State PTA Legislative Assembly will be held on October 18th and 19th. One of the issues under consideration would have the PTA join us in supporting sufficient and equitable funding for highly capable programming. To gauge member support, the WSPTA has created a survey. All PTA members are strongly encouraged to take the issue survey and let your PTA know what you think. If you are a PTA member and your local affiliate is sending a representative to the Legislative Assembly, talk with him/her about a yes vote on the HCP funding issue.
