Dr. Joy Navan, SENG Director, is a professor emeritus of Gifted Education at Murray State University and president of Navan Consultation Services. She provides services in English and Spanish to gifted children and their families as a master practitioner of the Annemarie Roeper Qualitative Assessment Method® and a facilitator of SENG Model Parent Groups. An educator for 43 years, Dr. Navan spent most of them working with gifted students, She has published numerous scholarly articles and is the author of Nurturing the Gifted Female: A Guide for Educators and Parents.
