Gifted individuals can take life very seriously and often miss the power of living joy filled. By learning the steps to living joyfully, one can establish and maintain a lighter life which leads to a healthier lifestyle on all levels, especially emotionally.
This presentation discusses joy as a vital part of life. The importance of joy and the 6 easy steps to living joy will be presented. How to establish and maintain a joyful daily life will be presented.
ABOUT THE PRESENTER
Dianne Allen, MA, CAP, has spent her career assisting people in living a more fulfilling, successful, and happy life. Originally trained in mental health counseling, Dianne pursued graduate studies in rehabilitation counseling and began her work in substance abuse following graduate school. She is known for program creation for special populations such as executives, gifted, artists and musicians and military personnel. Her unique approach to healing uses a model that includes work in all major life areas while addressing intensities and sensitivities as part of each person’s unique treatment experience. Dianne is the Senior Program Advisor at Tranquil Shores in Redington Beach, FL. She also serves the gifted population with specialty coaching services for addiction as well as other life challenges. Dianne enjoys serving all people who are genuinely seeking improved quality of life. She is creative, innovative and forward thinking. |
