Come see and be seen with a host of famous names from throughout history at the 26th Annual Festival of the Famous! The festival begins at 1:45 p.m. on Friday, June 10th in the Terrace Park Commons. Friends and family of “the famous” are cordially invited to come and see if they can figure out just who’s who. Also in attendance will be distinguished guests from Edmonds School District and members of the Washington State Legislature Representative Cindy Ryu (D-32), Representative Luis Moscoso (D-1), and Senator Paull Shin (D-21).

After all of the identities have been revealed, please plan to join us for a reception in the Band room where light refreshments will be served.

Some Logistics:

• Food and beverage donations are requested of the Families of the Famous. Each participating class has been assigned a food category: Mrs. Hall’s class, beverages (coffee and tea are welcome as we will have many adults in attendance); Mrs. Erickson’s class, cookies or similar sweet treats; Mrs. Donnelly’s class, savory snacks; and Mrs. Kenney’s class, fresh or dried fruit snacks.

• If you would like to help with the setup and decorating of the Band room, please meet Ginger Everhart in the E-100 Pod by 12:30 on Friday.

• If your child rented any parts of his/her costume from the CPA costume rental program, boxes will be available for returning those items on Friday afternoon through Monday of next week in the classrooms.

• If you wish to contribute any parts of your child’s costume from this year to the CPA costume rental inventory, boxes for those items will also be available on Friday afternoon through Monday of next week in the classrooms.
